If we go back a few years, Yuri Kim was an ambassador who came to Tirana with the signature of Donald Trump. On June 28, 2019, Trump proposed Kim as ambassador to our country. The procedures took a long time and she arrived in Tirana in January 2020. So, in the last year of the Trump administration.
