But honestly, it's hard to believe that all these millions went into the pocket of Belinda's former advisor. With a boss like Belinda, stealing millions without her knowledge, it's almost impossible. As it is impossible to steal even with a prime minister like Edi Rama on his head.
Anyone who works in this administration knows that orders come from above, with a Whatsapp message, with a phone call or even verbally in the office, under the threat of the workplace. Who works in this administration is clear that the employees are leaving one by one because they refuse to sign for tenders and decisions that can cost you your freedom and life, as we all witness that this public administration that is today, is like never before in difficulty to find specialists and professionals, precisely for this reason: no one accepts to work as a director or above, to escape the obligation to become part of the schemes that the big ones use to steal.
Therefore, after the arrest of Evis Berber, many people in the corridors of the Prime Minister's Office are rubbing their hands. Precedents say that directors at the level of Barber, under the pressure of losing their freedom, start and whistle by showing the orderer of the implementation of the schemes from where millions of euros are derived. And Belinda's opponents, those who have only swept away the crumbs she has left to fall, are waiting for the end, praying that the Barber will take his Boss with him.
