In the Koran, death, i.e. the next life can also be salvation, and the judgment is made by others, not an ignorant imam who stays at work only because he has the badge of a deputy of the Socialist Party...
The digital "fatwa" of Ahmet Kala, one of the most important Muslim clerics of Albania, after the death of the journalist from Kosovo, Arton Turkaj, has brought a strong clash within the Muslim ulema in the country.
The extremist and fanatical approach of Kala, who is considered a socialist Wahhabist, as a result of his family ties with the government in Tirana, has not been well received by his colleagues, who have generally been 'orthodox' in their theological positions.
Justinian Topulli, an educated and well-educated Hoxha, who, in addition to belonging to a large Gjirokastrite family, is also non-extremist in public discussions, has been quite critical of his colleague, the imam of the Kavaja Street mosque.
Topulli, who for a time was also the chairman of the Khoxallari association, but also known in public as an opponent of the KMSH leadership group, has expressed his displeasure, arguing with the theory of Islam that Imam Kalaja has made a grave sin.
"It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: 'Do not curse the dead, for they have reached what they have done.' (Bukhari no. 6516)
It is narrated from Mughir ibn Shubeh that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Do not curse the dead, because that is how you hurt the living." (Tirmidhi no. 1982)".
Topulli has hit his colleague in the heart, bringing two heavy laws of Muslim inheritance. A saying of the most famous wife of the prophet Muhammed, Aisha, who was also the daughter of Abu Bakr, his first successor, but also of the prophet himself.
It's a strong position, where he not only contradicts his colleague's position, but throws two heavy legal references in his face, but really destroys him completely and lets him know that he is not worthy to be a religious leader.
There are many comments on Justinian Topulli's post. There are many who support him, but also others who attack him for being too soft.
But it didn't take long after Topulli's post, another well-known name in the ranks of Muslim VIPs in the country also hit Kalana.
This is Ilir Hoxholli, a believer engaged in charity actions, while he was once the state leader for religious communities.
"Be merciful to those who pass away, the dead do not understand your words, while you hurt the living...", writes Hoxholli, openly attacking Ahmet Kalan. Who, after a very happy post about Christmas, jokingly wrote: "Happy Christmas, may God bless you." So no blasphemy, no cursing. Even the Qur'an itself recognizes Jesus Christ as a Prophet of God, but also considers his mother Mary (Mereme) holy. In the Albanian lands, there has never been an essential problem between Christians and Muslims, not even in the Ottoman Empire, when the Sultan was also the Caliph, i.e. the head of the religion. The churches and the community, more or less on paper, are considered preserved by the Ottomans. Then why this aggression of Muslim extremists against Christians?
It seems clear that it is an attitude that has to do with the powerlessness of the uncles to talk to people, so they use threats and curses to show their frustration. Religion is free will, but also part of society. In a secular state, religion cannot have absolute power, that is, to speak about death, since it is a moral power that speaks for good. Death according to every religion is an attribute of God. How does Ahmet Kalaja know that God punished the journalist? Because even referring to the Koran or even the Bible, death, i.e. the next life can also be salvation, and the judgment is made by others, not by an ignorant imam who sits at work just because he has the badge of a deputy of the Socialist Party./ Pamphlet
