The government has removed part of the money previously given to some institutions in the last budget review. Due to the non-realization of certain objectives, 4.1 billion lek have been taken from the Ministry of Defense, while 1.2 billion from that of Health and Social Protection.
More than 1.1 billion Lek have been removed from the Ministry of Finance and Economy, 592.4 million Lek from Agriculture, 110 million Lek from Education and 13.2 million Lek from the President's institution.
Considering the good performance, almost 6.5 billion ALL have been added to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, while almost 718 million ALL have been added to the Ministry of the Interior.
Due to the financial difficulties that are going on from one side, with the arrears that are not decreasing from the other, the government has added a fund of 2.2 billion ALL to 61 municipalities in the country.
Durrës is the municipality that will receive the most money, 127.7 million ALL, followed by Elbasan with almost 102 million and Shkodra with 96.1 million ALL. Nearly 90 million lek have been added to Fier, 81.7 million to Vlora and 76.6 million to Kamza. Tirana is excluded from these funds, because the municipality of the capital continues to have stable finances.
From the last revision of the budget that redistributed around 20 billion ALL, 3 billion ALL will be added to Albcontrol, 1 billion to the salaries of magistrates and 200 million ALL to the Albanian Football Federation.
A fund of 1.4 billion lek will be allocated to the needy strata in the so-called "Solidarity Package."
