The situation is different with the Constitution. To change it (i.e. to increase the future powers of the President of the Republic), at least 93 votes are needed in the Assembly. And the transition from 83 votes to 93 votes in the Assembly is a major leap for the Socialist Party. Small parties have only 7 MPs. To form a majority of 93 votes, these 7 must be joined by at least 3 from the Alliance for a Greater Albania...
From a numerical point of view, this will be the most interesting battle in the upcoming parliamentary session. From a verbal point of view, we will see and hear continuous arguments between Berisha's greats and Rama's deputies about the past elections and the ones to come...
