Fully 51% of respondents answered that they have voted at least once for DP in its 34-year history.
In the survey I conducted these days for Report tv, a total of 2227 voters inclined to vote (2004 decided and 223 still undecided), answered a series of questions about the current political situation.
But unlike the previous polls, this historical question was added to the last poll: "Since the establishment of the Democratic Party, have you ever voted for it?" (Regardless of what voting inclination you may have today)”.
Fully 51% of respondents answered that they have voted at least once for DP in its 34-year history. The percentage was even higher among the respondents outside Albania - fully 55%.
Meanwhile, only 28% of all respondents (31% of those determined to vote as of today) currently vote for DP. In other words, almost half of the likely voters (decided plus swing) once voted for the DP, but now no longer vote for it.
Those who do not vote for any party were not included in the survey. And among them there may be many who once voted for DP, but now they don't want to vote at all...
