The political silence after Argita's descent into the field

Their movement has nothing to do with a "unification" maneuver, as they have taken little or no supporters or democratic structures with them.

The descent into the political battlefield by Argita Berisha was quite expected, and a chronicle totally forewarned.

Her recent statement that she will accept any role she sees in the opposition leaves no room for doubt. However, one is impressed by the political silence of the opposition environment regarding this development.

The only one who has spoken is Evi Kokalari, an ardent supporter of Sali Berisha's pulpit in its beginnings, and today a critic of it. Mrs. Kokalari did not agree with this development at all, and she made this known with two very clear positions.

But you are impressed by the lack of discussion both by the initial speakers and by these "young people", namely Gaz Bardhi and Agron Gjekmarkaj, and also by the media supporters.

Why this their sordidness about this development that is really important?

There seems to be more than one reason! The first reason is that the so-called tale of unity or diversity that they are trying to spin as a justification for joining the pulpit no longer holds water.

Not only in public, but also in the political environment within the Reestablishment. Now, the group that was separated by Lulzim Basha last July, is not united at all and they have different attitudes and opinions, which are also visible in public. But the most important part is in those who have not spoken.

Their movement has nothing to do with a "unification" maneuver, as they have taken little or no supporters or democratic structures with them.

Their movement inside the Assembly was the "winning card" to use as a political maneuver. And to keep the pulpit group in the Assembly as the political protagonist of the developments. Which happened during the "molotov uprisings", which gave this group a rather dubious agreement with the majority.

Agreement, which even to this day, apart from those released by the amnesty, has not yet brought anything to light.

However, the most important problem that seems to influence the silence on the "Argita" case is precisely the fact that this case, in addition to extinguishing the political justification of the union, also removes the real hope of being a political factor in the 2025 elections.

Argita Berisha, in all likelihood, will be a candidate for deputy in the parliamentary elections. And on the other hand, it will have the potential weight of drafting the list of candidates for deputies. By any logic, Argita can also make momentary alliances, but in thick lines, he will choose a loyal group since the space of the winning list is not big at all.

Sali Berisha's pulpit, especially as the elections approach, will look for electoral factors, not noisemakers who have no supporters. The doctor's stance against SPAK's action against criminal groups was a clear political act that seems to be elaborated in the following day.

Berisha, alias Argita, needs people in the territory, not loudmouths who want to become MPs with the battle of others. Therefore, the silence is quite heavy, and it can clearly be called political silence.
