After declaring him "non grata" for major corruption, undermining democracy and blackmailing the justice system, Berisha was "forced" to be a chess piece in the game of power.
The destruction it caused to the PD and the opposition, the infrastructure built throughout Albania by people supporting Edi Rama, the powerful economic and media support from the power oligarchs, not only suited the socialists and this majority, but they were a perfect tune for the continuation of their governance without any concern, despite numerous corruption scandals.
The recognition, firstly, of the parliamentary group of Berisha's supporters as PD, despite the decision of the court at that time, the giving of the seal afterwards and the non-burning of the deputy's mandate according to the constitutional provisions, are a clear indication that Berisha is a treasure for Edi Rama priceless, he is a political asset that, regardless of what America and SPAK do, Rama does everything to keep him in the game and face him.
If two people close to him, such as S. Tahiri and A. Ahmetaj, were read the constitution correctly, interrupting his mandate, due to his 6-month absence from the Assembly, another reading was done for Berisha, justifying him as absence with reason.
(For a moment, imagine if the same reading had been done to Lulzim Basha in a similar situation! Just close your eyes and imagine what would have been said and what Berisha would have snapped from the top of the 8th floor balcony !!!)
In fact, Berisha's only "reason" is Edi Rama's need to face him in the political game.

The problem is the manipulation and deception of the public opinion, which is thrown in the eyes day and night by the power that fights for major reforms and the real opposition that fights the corruption of the worn-out power.
Not to mention a group of blind militants who see and listen to their leaders with their mouths open, regardless of what they do and what they articulate.
All are scams. Both the government and this opposition are at the service of two people, Rama and Berisha, who play all the strings only in function of themselves.
They have formed an alliance to save themselves and fight SPAK.
How far they will succeed remains to be seen.
But what has been clearly seen until today is that the only hostage of Edi Rama was Sali Berisha.
Nobody else!
