To attack Basha's return to the head of the DP, Berisha started a new process that he called reunification, luring the group of Assembly contestants who returned Basha to the head of the official DP.
This process started at the beginning by offering Bardhi the head of the parliamentary group, then the meeting of the group in a neutral environment, later the meeting in the offices of the SQUP, going to the "Street under the window" and now at the end with the proposal that some of the relatives of they take positions in PD of Berisha.
So it all started as a battle for the free vote in the DP and grassroots elections and ended with a decree by Berisha who appoints two additional vice-presidents within a day for his needs, expands the presidency and brings in without competition and without a vote all those he removed in the name of race and vote.
This detail alone would be enough to understand that Berisha has his party as a sultanate, where the janissaries are recruited and given a booty as a reward for the recruitment.
