It is not the first time that Sali Berisha responds harshly when someone asks him about his problems with justice, as a journalist told him today.
When he asked him if he had recently gone to SPAK. "You are a prosecutor, or a journalist, what are you", Berisha replied, closing the debate on the issue that belongs to him. This is actually the doctor's mildest reaction to all those who have mentioned his or his family's problems. As often, the reactions are quite different, from big accusations against, to threats for those who have uttered those heavy words.
What happened today is in a way the returned karma of a public life with two completely different, double standards that are not applied in the same way, but according to certain standards.
When someone accuses him and his family, slanders, does not tell the truth. He even invents stories colored with various fantasies, where he finds characters, contexts, tells events that he thinks have happened, just to make up the plot against him.
This is what he said even after the drastic decision of the US government, which declared him "Non Grata" two years ago for significant corruption, undermining democracy and obstruction of justice. "Unless you give me the evidence, I don't accept it", he said two years ago, in what he called a "battle for dignity", when he announced a court battle that he never did.
Then they were told that the punishment will fall as soon as the Albanians show their support for him by voting. But, the American "Non Grata" is growing day by day in all the countries of the Balkans, but even further, in countries generally with non-business democracies such as Latin America, Africa or Eastern Europe.
Only yesterday, the USA announced another "excellent" punishment, which is rarely a man at the peak of power. Aleksandr Vulin, the head of the secret service of Serbia, has been declared Non Grata by the US government, and as a result his and his family's assets have been frozen, and are being investigated in detail.
The Tashka club ï "Non Gratave" in the Balkans is being formed in a comprehensive way, as one of the punished, the president of the Bosnian Serbs, Milorad Dodik, wrote on social networks after the punishment of Vulin: "Brother, welcome to the club! Neyse, karma in this case, is not simply the reversal of what Berisha has been saying since he was sanctioned by the US. But in that, for 33 years, Sali Berisha, not just himself, but installed in politics and in public speech, "the theory of the chief prosecutor".

Për vite e vite, kush ka bërë ose ka dashur të bëjë karrierë në PD-në e Sali Berishës, ka pasur si refren, apo si bazë të komunikimit publik, akuzat e rënda ndaj kundërshtarëve politik. Në princip, akuzat, kritikat e sulmet ndaj rivalëve janë pjesë e punës së një politikani. Përballja e kundërshtimi për të nxjerrë më mirë alternativën e vet se të tjetrit.
Por nuk bëhet fjalë fare për këtë logjikë. Lufta politike është një terren përballjesh e konfliktesh, mund të ketë edhe dyshime, apo akuza për ngjarje të rënda apo problematike, në lidhje me sjelljen e zyrtarëve me detyrën, konfliktin e interesit, operimin në punë, apo edhe stafit të tyre. Por kur vjen puna tek akuzat penale, sidomos kur kemi të bëjmë me fakte të rënda, ka vetëm dy rrugë.
E para, është bashkëpunimi me mediat, për t’i bërë këtë akuza sa më publike nëpërmjet investigimeve që bëjnë reporterët. Dhe tjetra është padia në prokurori. E në këtë pikë, të lësh prokurorinë të bëjë hetimin derisa të çojë çështjen në gjyq, më pas të presësh procesin deri në dhënien e vendimit.
Kjo është rruga e vetme që ndodh në një vend normal Perëndimor. Se më pas vjen një ditë, siç thotë Llano Bleta, që vjen e të kthehet kundër i gjithë ai arsenal që ke lëshuar kundër të tjerëve. E gjithë kjo kulturë jakobinizmi nëpër panele me akuza nga më të tmerrshmet, siç ka ndodhur, ka rezultuar e paefektshme. Sepse në çdo vend normal, penallti është kur arbitri fishkëllen me bilbil dhe drejton gishtin tek pika e 11 metërshit.
Ashtu edhe në këtë rast, hajdut e kriminel është kur gjykata e përcakton me vendim pas hetimit të prokurorisë.
