Now, continuing this rhetoric is simply an attempt to justify why the nonsense he says every day at 12:00 is not in the report.
For several days now, Sali Berisha has been complaining about the ODIHR, claiming that he has been threatened by Igli Hasani. (Think of Igli with a knife in his hand at the door of the ODIHR!) Berisha's speech, the invention of a "fact" and then the continuation of comments on the invented fact, are not intended to complain about the ODIHR or to defend it. On the contrary. This is the only "threat" that the ODIHR Mission is receiving publicly.
Everything Sali Berisha is doing is an attempt to get ahead of the final ODIHR report, which we all know how it is, since most of it has been published in the previous reports. A report that admits that the elections were competitive, that has remarks about the electoral system, that calls for improvements, as in every election, and that has criticisms for cases where violations were verified.
Even Sali Berisha knows, because he has read the report.
What he is doing is simply about the fact that, when the report comes out and nothing happens, he will say: "Did I tell you that this Igli Hasani threatened them? Look at what a useless report they made!"
So, it is an attempt to blackmail the ODIHR in advance so that it either produces the report as Berisha wants, or else he will not recognize it, but will announce that they have been blackmailed.
He did this from the beginning with the head of this mission, accusing him of removing parts of the report under pressure from the government. He is simply concerned that his fantasies do not find a place in the report.

After failing to delegitimize the elections, after failing to recount, after exposing the thefts among the DP candidates, he now seeks to blackmail the ODIHR and delegitimize the final report according to his own will when it is made public. That's the whole story.
It's simply his classic and readable tactic whenever he has a problem. When he has a trial with a judge, he attacks him personally. When he has a problem with a prosecutor, he invents stories about millions that have gone into his pocket. Now that he has a problem that, as a "missionary of God", he did not win, he will find an alibi to say that these people on earth do not even ask about God who sent Berisha to earth for free elections.
It's not that the ODIHR is complacent, nor that it will change anything in the final report. The problem is that, until that day, it will have something to say, and after that day it will be satisfied that it "predicted" that they were "blackmailed" and did not defend Berisha's magnificent defeat.
So, the only blackmail against the ODIHR is this invention of blackmail against the ODIHR. But, like every invention of Berisha, it is only for internal consumption – from the door of the SHQUP to the office of Flamur.
