Berisha and his supporters thought that, with the arrival of Trump as President of the United States, American policy in relation to Albania would change. And it is known that all their hope has been, is and will always remain in the possibility of repealing the law that created SPAK.
From what we are seeing, such a thing did not happen, and there is no chance of it happening.
But the high state corruption in Albania does not understand that SPAK today is the hope of Albanians, that they will be saved from the thirty-year theft committed by the governments that have come one after the other in Tirana.

In this regard, we must emphasize:
There is an axiom in criminal law theory, which states that: the accused often and more often lies to himself and believes his own lie that the charges against him will be dropped.
Meanwhile, the high-ranking officials of small, accused countries always demand an international change, which they present to their public opinion as if that change has also come to save the high-ranking accused from criminal charges.
And this emotional state of the corrupt, even though it is known that these people deviate from logic out of fear of criminal charges, literature, as a psychological phenomenon, has exploited to write comic dramas or literary comedies of various kinds.
This also happened in Albania.
Saliu and his supporters, with the frivolity we mentioned above, said: Biden is gone, and Trump will remove the non-grata status that the State Department has placed on Berisha in Washington.

But, for all those who know the United States constitution and know what an elected president means in America, everything that Berisha and his people said felt like comedy.
And so, yesterday, the gods rose, and high American politics declared that the non-gratas have no chance of being removed.
And it couldn't have happened any other way, because this is the American constitutionality: no concessions to anti-American corruption.
And therefore, in this case, it must be understood that anti-American activity is a highly sensitive act in the United States of America.
And this is manifested universally with punishment through the Secretary of State but, in special cases, also as an act of the President of America.
This also happened with the non-grata trial against Sali Berisha in the United States.
Therefore, the Albanian right must take into consideration the fact that, in Albania today, the party whose leader is declared persona non grata in the United States of America must bear in mind that this person cannot be the prime minister of Albania.
