Temporarily deactivated as a result of Donald Trump's invitation to Edi Ramën to the Peace Board and his visit to Israel, the fable is expected to be reactivated after the decision of the Constitutional Court and the Mandates Council on the Balluku case...

The fable of the caretaker government, although it has resonated with, first and foremost, opposition supporters, but also the public, has turned into a political parody.

Which has come as a political precedent in Albania, whenever there have been serious crises that have shaken the country politically.

The last technical government was the summer cabinet of June-September 2017, where the only minister who is currently in politics is Gazment Bardhi.

Who was Edi Rama's Minister of Justice after the night of May 17, when the famous agreement with Lulzim Basha took place.

But the DP's "appetite" for a caretaker government has continued after every parliamentary or local election, while after May 11, it peaked in the last 6 months, when the so-called Ramaduro plan was implemented.

Temporarily deactivated as a result of Donald Trump's invitation to Edi Ramën to the Peace Board and his visit to Israel, the fable is expected to be reactivated after the decision of the Constitutional Court and the Council of Mandates on the Balluku case.

Where, in all likelihood, the plan for the fight in the Assembly, Monday's speeches, and national protests will be updated. As a DP MP said, they will have fatal and strong decisions.

But, since "We want a technical government" is not just a wish and a demand, but a political manifesto of the DP, why doesn't the latter establish its own "technical government" in the shadows?

A government that makes sense and will not risk competing with the "Pilinçi government," as every serious opposition in Europe has a shadow cabinet that faces government ministers head-on.

A technical opposition government would show the public what the DP's political idea or vision is for configuring a cabinet that would be seen as an alternative to the government.

A cabinet, which, by its form and the characters it contains, would speak much more than noise and clashes in the Assembly or panels.

Meanwhile, the "ministers of the technical government" should speak according to the "departments" they cover, announcing their ideas of direction or management, according to the issues. By engaging in a real battle and duel in the Assembly with members of the government, thus benefiting the opposition supporters, but also creating a more structured debate in public.

Then, even if the conditions are created for the much-loved technical government in reality, the public is more or less clear about what the opposition's idea is for its ministers. Not like in 2017, when the ministers suddenly came out of Luli's pocket, after the doctor had packed them. One of whom we know because today the opposition has the number two and the main man in Parliament.
