What justice can the court provide when it is forced to apply a law that favors the occupiers and not the owners?
Yesterday, a terrorist act took place in the courtroom. 90% of the comments from the “cattle” reacting to the news of the murder of Judge Astrit Kalaja were more or less the same:
1. “Good luck to the one who killed him.”
2. “He did well to kill him.”
3. “The others deserve it too.”
All those who wrote like this knew neither judge Astrit Kalaja, nor the Shkodra court file.
The source of property conflicts in Albania are not the courts, but the laws voted in parliament, which violate the right to property. They stem from the infamous law 7501, which prohibited the return of properties to former owners and recognized the occupiers as “land of the khan”.
What justice can the court provide when it is forced to apply a law that favors the occupiers and not the owners?
This is enough to understand that civil conflicts have their roots in parliament, not in the courts.
But the problem in Albania is that politics has raised the spirit of hatred towards justice, convincing people that the courts are to blame for everything.
Attacks on judges are programmed 24 hours a day by Rama and Berisha on the screens.
The crowds of militants who follow them are poisoned by their bile.
Today, in the mentality of Albanians, everyone is corrupt and incriminated.
According to them:
• judges are more corrupt than police officers,
• police officers more incriminated than prosecutors,
• prosecutors richer than doctors,
• doctors more criminal than customs officers,
• customs officers more millionaires than MPs,
• MPs more corrupt than journalists,
• journalists more deceitful than ministers,
• ministers more connected to the mafia than everyone else.
In short, for the crowd, only pensioners and the unemployed are honest.
According to this crowd of zealots who comment every day on the networks, every person with a profession — lawyer, economist, architect, politician, teacher, doctor — must be a thief. According to the ignorant, injustice is solved by murder.
This is the most tragic situation a society can go through, because the difference between human and animal is separated by logic.
And the "animals" who yesterday commented in favor of the murder, do not understand that from tomorrow, anyone who will face justice will feel the consequences of this assassination.
Every judge or prosecutor, when giving a decision or making a claim, will remember their colleague Astrit Kalaja, and the scales of justice will tilt towards the strong, not the right.
After all, judges, prosecutors, doctors, and police officers are also human beings, and tomorrow they could suffer the same fate as Astrit.
But they will leave this world being cursed at by a crowd of morons who don't even know them, but who carry within themselves the bitterness of political indoctrination.
Yesterday Albania lost a just judge, Society lost a loyal friend. The newly born granddaughter lost a noble grandfather.
Today, Astrit Kalaja is traveling to his final resting place. The road should have been filled with flowers for the justice and humanity he showed in life — not with the mud of the ignorant who didn't recognize him.
Miguel de Cervantes wrote in Don Quixote de La Mancha: "The dead can defend neither honor nor name; shame is on the living who fight with them."

DHE KY ESHTE NJE PROBLEM SHUME I MADH zoti SPAHIU , qe jeton jashte shtetit dhe nuk e ka provuar se sa e rende eshte te jesh ne te drejten tende dhe gjykata te jape nje vendim te padrejte per hallin qe ke,,,

erudicioni si njeri me shkolle ne kete rast nuk te ndihmon per te manipuluar opinionin publik sepse drejtesia ose me sakte padrejtesia e vendimeve te gjykatave ka arritur kulmin dhe vete gjyqtaret jane njerezit me pa turp me pa integritet arrogante te paskrupullt qe perdorin ligjin per tu tallur me te drejtat e qytetareve ,,,
Dele, dele, dele! Perfundimisht nuk behemi njerez. Na kane mbyt maloket, injorantet, kokepalaret, te deshtuarit qe ndihen mire vetem kur deshtojne te tjeret...jane shumice. Ti cojme kalamajte jashte se ketu eshte vend i falimentuar.
Pamvaresisht se veasja e gjyqtarit eshte në fakt krim i denueshem , por, po ta shikojmë në këndveshtrimin se ajo u krye në sallën e gjyqit ,simbolika e kësaj ngjarjeje tregon revolten e njeriut te thjeshte kunder sistemit politik dhe dhe padrejtesise te instaluar qe për 25 vjet sorrollatet nga nga shkalla pare e gjyqesorit në te dyten ëpastaj nne te paren pastaj në te dyten e hyp e zbrit.Duhet një reformë e thellë në drejtesi ku të ndalohen rigjykimet dhe qytetari ti zgjidhe përfundimisht çështjet mnë shkallë te dyete apo te trete te gjyqsorit pa rigjykime në shkallë te pare apo te dyte.Për sa kohë qe nuk bëhet kjo sigurisht do kete akte te tilla vrasjeje në të ardhmen .Shkurt esht komplet faji i sistemit politik qe ka instaluar këto ligje te këqija qe njerezit të kryejnë krime.Eshte sistemi kriminal antishqiptar i instaluar këto 35 vjet e qe duhet përmbysur me dhunë popullore si në Nepal.
Ky Spahiuu i kalbur në korrupsion kushedi se qindra mijra euro ka marre për të emëruar gjykates e prokurore qe i ka shkarkuar vetingu dhe këta qe janë akoma në sistemin e drejtesise. Kreshnik Spahiu eshte një nga arkitektet e këtij sistemi te kalbur të drejtesise dhe meriton te ndeshkohet.
Kreshnik je si nje mi kanalesh
Ku eshte juristi i madh kryetari i kuq e zi, bere korrupsionin si pjese e sistemit te deshtuar qe je dhe ti dhe shkove more azil ne Gjermani dhe tani te jep leksione nga Gjermania. Cfare bere kur ishe ne KLGJ nje vrime ne uje, u more me emerimet e gjyqtareve kundrejt pageses o plehre.
Ik ore plehre. Edhe ti e do plumbin ne balle. "Bagetite" qe i quan ti, e kane vuajtur mbi kurriz padrejtesine e "drejtesise" shqiptare!!!! Kur ishe ti ore funderrine nenkryetar i KLD, padrejtesia e sistemit gjyqesor, ishte ne nivel skandaloz! Nuk degjuam te flisje per te dhe as more ndonje mase, sepse me siguri, te sillnin çantat me leke. Per nje fare kohe, na u hoqe si patriot dhe gjoja po luftoje qe mos te ndryshohej kombesia e shtetasve shqiptare. Dhe hape nje parti me emer bombastik. Por per te ndryshuar ligjet qe mos te behej me e mundur te ndryshohej kombesia, u bere aleat me Berishen, antishqiptarin me te madh qe ka patur ky vend( jo se te tjeret jane me patriote se ai) dhe kur te futi gishtin ne zgjedhje, fillove ta shash. Ti je nje fekale e Shqiperise! Ik se te ka dale boja me kohe!!! Ka ardhur koha qe vettingu te behet me plumba! Kjo ka ngelur e vetmja menyre, sepse politika nuk do drejtesi te vertete!!
