For this, SPAK must investigate itself, or it must be investigated by others.
Since the trend in public debate is the hacking of SPAK computers and the leaking of information from their computers, it is equally important to investigate whether SPAK itself selectively extracts data from investigative files for certain attacks, using the same people misused by them.
One of them, Elvi Fundo, who himself identified himself as being used by the Dado clan in SPAK, publicly admitted that those who hacked SPAK's computers had given him the data they had stolen, but after that he vowed not to publish it.
This is a bit strange: those who hack SPAK formally send the materials to two portals that are with Berisha, with "a tradition of cooperation with law enforcement and information bodies in Albania", but not directly to the Berisha family portal.
After this, the same person abused by Dado publishes parts of the phone tapping file of Veliaj, with his wife and brother, where they mention the names of journalists and are informed about developments in the media.
This file was not allowed to be taken by the lawyers in the courtroom, as the prosecutors warned them that it was an investigative secret. The lawyers read it in the Prosecutor's Office premises, under supervision.
So the alibi that the lawyers brought up in court falls apart.
Now it seems that this file is either from hacked materials that were sent to two old spies from SHIK and Dado, and the SPAK instruction to consider it an investigative secret was violated, or it was leaked by Olsi Dado himself.
For this, SPAK must investigate itself, or it must be investigated by others.
Personally, I'm not against publishing them – in fact, the first ones they should have given them for publication were us who mention our names, since we are interested in knowing what they said about us. And I would have published it with pleasure.
But since they have announced this investigative secret, they must either go all the way to protect the investigative secret, or go all the way to the prosecutor in the case, who, out of personal revenge, thinks he can blackmail the press by selling files to his ordinary spies.
So either it should be investigated as part of the materials stolen by hackers and sent to this portal (as he himself admitted), or as material that prosecutor Olsi Dado sold, as only he owns it, because the lawyers refused to receive copies at the court hearing.
