Except here the question comes before us: is the current prime minister able to understand the reason of the scientific logic but to give an answer to the question: will this government speak in its economic program and budget to allow and structure the scheme for real investments in modern science and technology in Albania?
Ideas today are numerous and have created great value in social thought but also in science.
Today, time has everything at its disposal, but high-level scientific and philosophical ideas are the property of very high-level departments and universities.
But in Albania, do we have high-level universities today?
No, in Albania there is still no university of high quality to set in motion the enlightened Albanian mind.
And therefore excellent students who are capable of philosophy and science leave for quality universities in the West, excel there, and stay in scientific institutes or in the chairs of high quality universities in the West.
This has brought about the weakness found in the social sciences and in all the exact sciences taught in the universities of Albania.
And the Albanian school is suffering from all this deficiency, as well as science.
Even today, all the scientific institutes that were active in Albania have been closed. But time is demanding. Except here the question comes before us: is the current prime minister able to understand the reason of the scientific logic but to give an answer to the question: will he speak in the economic program and budget of this government to allow and structure the scheme for real investments in modern science and technology in Albania?
So far we haven't seen any signs, and the thought gives us the idea that this prime minister and this government are either unable to understand what such an economic scheme means, or they don't want to be against the modern economic development of Albania. .
Of course, time will tell us what one of these reasons was.
And this itself is the reason...
