One of the most shocking facts that emerges from the true face of the system is the official documentation that clearly shows that some members of the Special Appellate Panel have intervened to obstruct the functioning of the Appellate Divisions.
Albanian justice is not a system that needs reform. It has become its own enemy, the one that pays taxes to keep it alive. And what is happening today, in 2025, is more than just incompetence or delay, it is a national betrayal, silent but good.
For more than 10 years, the Albanian elections have been awaiting a decision in the Court of Appeals. They have not received friends, not because they do not deserve it, but because someone has chosen for the courts to be ineffective. Someone has dragged it out with the aim of a judicial system that only benefits the powerful and has abandoned the citizen of use.
Those who are currently at the helm of the product system are not purveyors of corruption, as they claim, but the architects of a new institutional capture. The reform of programs that were "sold to us as great" has been transformed into a political tool of control and selective cleansing.
This reform was promoted as a historic turning point. It promised to bring an end to impunity and the beginning of a new era of cooperation. But in reality, it quickly turned into a mechanism to remove “undesirables” and exert political control over the system.
Vetting, one of the main pillars of the reform, was not implemented as a professional and fair process. It was used as a tool to remove magistrates who did not serve special interests, while those who had strong connections, who "knew who to give political advice to," or who were willing to pay to stay were retained.
There were no such standards, there was not enough transparency, and worst of all, there is no possibility. No one checks the decisions of the KPC or the Special Appeals Chamber. They have the power to overturn careers, leave courts empty, clog the system, and no one can stop them.

In letter No. 1592, dated 05.10.202, this college is the head of the High Judicial Council with a scandalous request: not to fill the charges against the Appellate Government, to preserve places for their members in the mandate fund.
This is not just a bureaucratic maneuver. This is an immovable block, with documents blocked by the courts, to write posts, to push personal messages, at the expense of the defense and the defense that awaits.
This is a clear form of illegal influence and a brutal example of the capture of the system of works from within. While before the trial, those who should contribute with their armchair people.
Every day is another day. Every month that a case is in the Appeals Court is a month of torture for those who do not know if their property will be returned, if they will be rightfully entitled, if they will win a civil or criminal trial that they are entitled to by law.
This delay is not technical, it is intentional. This is not reform, it is hostage-taking. Justice has been turned against the citizen and only serves a minority computer to control power and wealth.
Justice in Albania is under the control of structures that have no connection to the law, ethics or public interest. We are dealing with a documented institutional sabotage, with serious consequences for every citizen who expects a fair trial.
There can be no cooperation without. There can be no development with blocked courts. And there can be no social peace when honorable people wait 10 years for a job, while the corrupt walk free and untouchable.
If it is the greatest betrayal that has been committed against the Albanian people, then what is it? If you are one of those who are still not open, it is time for you to not be in your system, you are not alone. If you are silent, you are part of the problem.
