The bait to make the book interesting, according to the newspapers, is a short but unexplained plot. According to it, the book talks about a meeting in Aruba between Albanian mafia leaders and representatives of Edi Rama's government.
Trocchia does not mention names of those from the Albanian government, but in the book, or rather in the media reviews, he talks about the other side. So about the crime barons. In fact, he does not talk much, only one surname is mentioned. Shehu.
A surname that clearly has to do with a character from the 90s in the city of Vlora, who has been living in the US for years, but who has properties in the coastal city. A character who was among the supporters of Sali Berisha's government, as he was with the DP but who fled in 1997 because he clashed with Zani Çauş. His name was revived two years ago, but without a clear story of the powerful investments that were made in his properties in Vlora.
He is said to have investments in Miami, Florida, as well as in Tuscany and beyond, and is a character linked to drug trafficking.
Meanwhile, in addition to a media carousel surrounding Berisha, it was the doctor himself who increased the dose and said that it was not Edi Rama's people who went to Aruba, but the Prime Minister himself.

After all, on the cover of the book, Trocchia emphasizes that Albania is a narco-state, when only one Italian organization, the Ndrangheta, according to the journalist himself, has an annual turnover from cocaine trafficking 5 times more than Facebook. But what can Italy be called in this case?
