A gunshot wound occurred this evening in the city of Lezha, specifically in the area known as the Rrile intersection.
According to information, 30-year-old Sokol Daci is the person who was injured. He was urgently transported to the hospital to receive medical assistance, fortunately out of danger to his life. It is learned that the 30-year-old received 5 bullets in the body, and after receiving medical assistance in Sital, Lezha, he was transported to the Trauma Hospital for more specialized treatment.
The incident occurred in front of a barbershop, which is owned by the injured 30-year-old. According to suspicions, a barrage of bullets was fired towards the business premises.
The perpetrators were more than one person, as according to information, one of them got out of a vehicle and then started shooting. After unloading the weapon, they sped away in a vehicle.
Signs of violence are also visible on the facade of the barbershop, where traces of over 20 bullets are clearly visible.
The circumstances and causes of the incident remain unclear, while the identity of the perpetrators is unknown. Police are at the scene and have launched investigations to fully clarify the incident.
It is learned that the blue uniforms have questioned several eyewitnesses who were at the scene, as well as have seized security cameras from surrounding businesses to help identify the perpetrators. Police have set up checkpoints in key areas of the city with the aim of capturing the perpetrators.
