Also known by the nickname "Krymi", Alibey began talking about meeting Dumani for the first time in 2020, while the first topic of conversation was the suspicions that Nuredin and his brother had participated in the Bradashesh assassination, where Erion's brother, uncle and a Turkish friend were killed. Alibey stated in the GJKKO that Dumani himself had asked to meet him in 2020.
Further, Alibey stated that he had made a promise that he would pay 100 thousand euros for Talo Çela to kill him and 200 thousand euros for bringing him back alive. He added that he had sent a black C-Class vehicle that took Nuredin Dumani to bring him to the meeting.
He also explained the research he did on Duman before meeting him.

Prosecutors: Tell us about your acquaintance with other justice collaborators, Nuredin Duman and Skerdi Tas.
Alibej: I met Nuredin Dumani after I was released from Elbasan detention center, early 2020. The day I was released, I spoke with Arjan Spahiu. He had a contact, Fati, Fati. I knew him as Fat Katnari. I was a user of EncroChat and SkyEcc. Arjan was in Belgium. It was a delicate period for me, because of the assassinations that happened in our family. Arjan came to Albania. Arjan told me that it was Dumani who had wanted to meet me.
I had promised that I would give 100 thousand euros for Talo Çela to kill him and 200 thousand to bring him to me alive. The meeting with Nuredin would take place. I gave Arjan a car, it was a black C Class. He goes and picks up Nuredin in Katund ri. It was evening. Nuredin comes. I knew everything about Nuredin. I had evidence, facts, photos, addresses. Nuredin comes, I meet him in the building where I live, but 2 floors below. I kept my cousins there, because I was isolated. The meeting lasted 2 hours and 48 minutes. He recorded the entire conversation. He explained to me that he had heard that I was looking for Talo Çela and told me that Festim Qoli was also aware of this. I said: 'Ok', and then I started the conversation by explaining who the executors of my family members are.
At the start of the session, defendant Petrit Qoli also spoke, once again claiming his innocence, attacking Dumani for the testimony he gave.
"I have been in prison for 3 years without seeing my nieces. Honorable court, better 10 Nuredin Dumani in Dubai than one innocent person in prison!", he said, among other things.
Dumani's testimony three years ago exposed at least 8 criminal organizations in the "Golden Bullet" case, with at least 32 defendants, most of whom have been arrested and some of the group leaders still on the run, hiding in Dubai or missing.
Dumani has confessed to the paid criminal activity and the messages he received from encrypted platforms such as SKY ECC, Matrix or BQ, revealing the 3 passwords he used, which he made available to SPAK to decrypt the conversations, photos, and videos, which are now also material evidence in the process.
Dumani recounted his acquaintances and collaboration with Suel Çela, friend-turned-enemy Talo Çela, orders from Erion Alibej, as well as other organizations.
Meanwhile, the testimony of another justice collaborator, Erion Alibej, is expected to begin for the first time. He is accused of ordering several assassinations, along with his uncle and a Turkish family friend, to avenge his brother who was killed in 2018 in an assassination attempt in Bradashesh, Elbasan.
