Police have arrested 4 people and are searching for another after they raped and threatened 2 people following a dispute over property.
They are accused of the criminal offense of "Coercion by threat or violence for the release of property", committed in collaboration.
These citizens, five residents of Nikël, have raped and threatened the two co-owners of a plot of land on Elbasani Street, claiming that this property belonged to one of them.
The wanted person claims ownership of the land area that the complainants declare they purchased in 2021 from another citizen.

As a result of the immediate administration of the report of citizens LH and AC, that 5 citizens had raped and threatened them, after one of them claims ownership of the land area that the complainants declare they purchased in 2021, from 1 other citizen, the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force, finalized the "Claim" operation.
During the operation, citizens EA, 28 years old, EB, 31 years old, ET, 42 years old and A. Sh., 44 years old, were arrested and handcuffed, and the citizen who claims ownership of the land, ET, 37 years old, all five residents of the village of Nikël, Krujë, friends of each other, was declared wanted.
Intensive work is underway to capture the 37-year-old, as well as to document the circumstances of the case.
The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecution Office for further action, for the criminal offense of "Coercion by threat or violence for the provision of property", committed in collaboration", the police announced.
