
The court has set 30 days of "arrest in prison" for 38-year-old Olsi Bibollari, who is suspected of stealing 15,000 euros from the apartment of a doctor of the Medical Center in Tirana on August 25.
In front of the jury in the session of setting the security measure in the Court of Tirana, the 38-year-old, who is also the owner of a restaurant and a shareholder in a coffee bar in Tirana, claimed that he was not the author of the theft of 15 thousand euros.
Asked by the court if he has an alibi as to where he was at the time the robbery was allegedly committed, Bibollari stated that he did not remember and had to remember, but stated that he was in Tirana.
The prosecution requested an arrest measure for 30 days, which was accepted by the court. Also, it is expected that an expert report will be made to collect other investigative evidence that will be helpful for the complete clarification of the incident.
The 38-year-old Olsi Bibollari was arrested on August 29 by the police, after a doctor from QSUT with whom he was friends gave 50 thousand euros in debt to the author of the theft, a procedure that was closed with documentation at the notary.
But, after they met, the doctor forgot the key to the apartment in Bibollar's car, which the latter took and went to the doctor's house, in the 'Community of Paris' neighborhood, opened it and took 15,000 euros.
