Meanwhile, on August 20, 2020, Hasanbegaj informed Pëllumb Gjoka that he had asked a Suad Lici from Velipoja, after he had appeared at the police to file a criminal report.
At that time it was learned that a financial fine had been imposed on Suad Lic and he had filed a complaint with the police to pursue the problem with the state.

Meanwhile, Hasanbegaj continues by saying the following:

This and many other conversations show the influence that Pëllumb Gjoka had on the administration of the Shkodra Police, who regularly informed Gjoka not only about reports and people who were questioned about various investigations, but the information also went to the network of informants of the State Police./Oranews
