The Supreme Court has not accepted Kejvina Kthella's appeal for the return of the car seized by GJKKO.
On February 8, the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime accepted SPAK's request for the confiscation of 9 assets of Redjan Rraja and his family members, including the luxury car 'Audi' which he had given to model Kejvina Kthjella. Among the confiscated assets is a Rolex watch and 2,750 euros.
In the conclusions presented to the court by SPAK as part of the property investigation of Redjan Rraja, who is sentenced to life for the assassination of prosecutor Arjan Ndoja in 2019 in Durrës, it is emphasized that these assets were purchased by Rraja with money that came from illegal activities .
Meanwhile, Kejvina's seized car was used by the police.
