A 69-year-old man died as a result of an accident. The incident took place in the village of Tapi in Kuçovo, where the elderly Veiz Plaku was hit by a vehicle while riding a bicycle.
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle, 21-year-old citizen Faion Arapi, was put in handcuffs.
The police and the investigative team have gone to the scene and are working to find out the full circumstances of the accident that took the life of the 69-year-old.
