A serious accident occurred this afternoon on the Maqellarë-Peshkopi national road, near the Tërpcë road.
Two cars collided head-on, injuring four people.
The injured were urgently transported to Peshkopia Hospital, where they are receiving medical assistance.
It is learned that two of the injured will be transported by helicopter to Tirana, due to their serious health condition.
Police forces are at the scene, working to clarify the causes and circumstances of the accident, while vehicle traffic has been temporarily blocked.
