The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has completed investigations into the cocaine trafficking group from Latin America to Albania.
SPAK has announced the closure of the investigations into the suspects who were arrested in November 2024, following an investigation conducted by prosecutor Adnan Xholi.
Suspects of drug trafficking are: Geis Gejsullai, Klajd Birçe, Aldi Zonja, Artion Çaushllari, Endi Sejdini, Ismail Abdurrahmani, Baki Huqi and three foreigners, 2 of whom are Venezuelan and one Colombian.
The investigation into cocaine trafficking began after information was received about the drug laboratory in Frakull, Fier, where, near the apartment of former local official Viktor Cervanaku, the Police discovered a large quantity of cocaine, 485 kg, hidden in chemical waste.
The prosecution divided the case into factions and got on the trail of another criminal group, which was transporting cocaine from Latin America to Albania through animal skins.

2- Klajd Birçe, 40 years old, resident of Tirana
3- Aldi, 37 years old, resident of Tirana
4- Artion Çaushllari, 37 years old, resident of Tirana
5- Endi Sejdini, 25 years old, resident of Kruja
6- Ismail Abdurrahmani, 51 years old, resident of Shkodra
7 – Baki Huqi, 57 years old, resident of Durrës
Foreign citizens:
8-Hielen Ledezma Narvaez, 41 years old, Colombian citizen
9-Joze Ramon Zacarias Vasquez, 35 years old, Venezuelan citizen
10-Samuel Alfonso Moreno Serrano, 42 years old, Venezuelan citizen
