A road accident occurred this evening at around 7:50 PM, on "Gjergj Kastrioti" street in the city of Vlora.
Four vehicles were involved in the incident.
It is reported that the driver of the Mercedes Benz, Mane Xhelaj, 27, tested positive for alcohol.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Toyota, Gerisian Gjishti, 29, tested negative for alcohol.
The 21-year-old Silvia Hasa was traveling as a passenger in this vehicle, and after the accident she was taken to the hospital and admitted for treatment.
The driver of the Audi with license plate AB926GS, Ilivia Imeraj, also tested negative for alcohol.
The fourth vehicle, an Audi with license plate AB725FV, was parked at the time of the collision.
