Shkodra Police provided further details this Sunday morning, regarding the accident that occurred last evening on the "Kosmaç - Vau i Dejës" road axis.
According to the Police, the 17-year-old, while driving a vehicle, allegedly lost control of the vehicle and went off the road, colliding with the perimeter wall of a house.
As a result of the collision, he was injured along with his 23-year-old brother, who was transported to the Trauma Hospital.
An investigation has already begun into the teenager, while he himself is in the hospital.
"Following the preliminary information provided last night, regarding the accident on the "Kosmaç - Vau i Dejës" road axis, we inform that the specialists of the Road Traffic Sector have referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings have been initiated against the 17-year-old minor, after, while driving a vehicle, he is suspected of losing control of his vehicle and going off the road, colliding with the surrounding wall of a house.
As a result, the 17-year-old was injured, who was taken to the Tirana Trauma Hospital for more specialized treatment, and his brother, citizen FG, 23 years old, who is in the Shkodra Regional Hospital, out of danger to his life," the police announced.
