Tirana police arrested Elmir Tufa on November 2 in Fushë-Krujë.
Shkëlzen Kastrati was executed on the morning of February 1, 2021 near the Circle in the village of Sheq in Fier. He was shot by a Range Rover type car, which after the murder was found burned at Mbikalimi i Baltza.
It is suspected that the event is related to an old clash between the Binjaku and Kastrati families, due to the involvement of his brother, Klementi, in a revenge saga with Ermal Binjaku.
