"Leksi i Druve" had strong clashes with the former MP Ndoka.
Alexander Deda, known as "Leksi i Druve", is arrested in Italy.

As part of the operation being carried out by SPAK to attack criminal groups, in cooperation with Interpol, Arian Tuku was recently arrested in Italy.
SPAK investigations show that Arian Tuku, 36 years old from Lezha, tried to kill Aleks Ndreka (Aleksandër Deda), known as "Leksi i Druve".
The attack on Alke Ndreka happened on the afternoon of December 1, 2020 on the Lezhë-Laç highway. Ndreka was wounded with a bullet in the chest.
Arian Tuku is the son-in-law of Arben Ndoka, the former deputy of the SP, who is also wanted because SPAK has issued an arrest warrant against him. "Leksi i Druve" had strong clashes with the former MP Ndoka.
Also, 36-year-old Tuku provided the conditions to commit the murder of Durim Bami. The attack on Durim Bam took place in November 2020, where he was shot with 5 bullets and his cousin Ervin Kodra was injured. Durim Bami was ambushed at the Tapiza bridge. After the assassination, the perpetrators burned the car in Valias and a Kalashnikov was also found inside it.

He escaped three assassination attempts.

In the SPAK file, it appears that the former deputy of the SP, Arben Ndoka, sought the murder of Ndreka because he suspected that he was the person who had helped in the murder of his brother, Aleksandër Ndoka.
SPAK's mega operation
4.5 million euros of seized property, 20 arrested inside and outside the country and the disclosure of several sensational murders that happened in recent years, is the balance of the operation of the Police, RENEA and 30 BKH officers during the checks on the bases of crime bosses after issuing 50 arrest warrants by SPAK.
At the same time, 3 million euros in cash were found hidden in suitcases but also buried in the ground, armored cars and Rolex watches.
After several years of investigations and securing evidence, the Special Prosecutor's Office hit 7 important criminal groups in our country that operate in Tirana, Durrës, Vlorë, Lezhë, Fushë-Krujë and Rëshen. 14 SPAK arrest warrants have been executed in Albania and 6 abroad, namely 2 in Italy, 1 in Germany, 1 in Spain and 2 in Belgium.
The investigation has also evidenced the involvement of former deputy of Lezha Arben Ndoka, four police officers, two of them in leadership roles, during 2020.
Specifically, in the SPAK file, the director of the Lezha Police in 2020, Henrigert Mitri, is accused of being involved in drug trafficking. Likewise, officer Klodian Shahini, former employee of the border police, currently active in the State Police, is accused of supporting criminal groups in drug cultivation.
SPAK has also signed an arrest warrant for Altin Morin, former RENEA officer and his colleague with the initials AP.
SPAK's investigations have shown that members of a criminal group in various cases collaborate with groups that are opponents of each other to carry out executions. The announcement mentions Ervis Martinaj's group, Arben Ndoka's group in Lezhë, Duka's group in Tirana, Avdylaj's group in Shijak and Durim Bami's group in Fushë-Krujë and Shullazi's group in Tirana. These groups made alliances among themselves to weaken one wing or strengthen the other group by ordering and paying contract killers to carry out a series of serious criminal events in several cities of the country.
Eurojust, Europol and the Dutch, Belgian, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Greek law enforcement agencies were involved in this operation.
