35-year-old Argen Hoxha has fallen into the hands of the police, as he is suspected of being part of the fraud group led by Florian Gjergji. He fraudulently received 100,000 euros from businessman Flamur Rrushi, posing as Taulant Balla.
Argen Hoxha was arrested in Rinas while trying to leave the country. The police informs that they are working to catch other people involved in this fraud group.
"A 35-year-old man is arrested, who from the investigations is suspected of being involved in a fraud case, hit by the Police, about 1 month ago.
This citizen was caught in cooperation with the services of PKK Rinas, in an attempt to leave the country.
The Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of the DVP Elbasan, as a result of investigations with proactive methods, carried out under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan, as well as the coordination of work and the exchange of information with the services of the Border Police of PKK Rinas, stopped in attempt to leave Albania, the citizen declared wanted by the police, AH, 35 years old, resident in Tirana.
The 35-year-old is suspected that, in cooperation with other citizens, on 02.05.2024, they took a sum of money from the administrator of a business, citizen F. Rr.
The work continues to identify and bring to criminal responsibility all the perpetrators of this case. The procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
