The Court of First Instance in Shkodër has placed the citizens Zyber Zagradi, the injured waiter, and Mario Pali, suspected of being an accomplice of the suspected perpetrators of the double murder in Velipoja, under the security measure of "prison arrest".
Mario Pali and Zyber Zagradi were involved in a physical confrontation with the two victims. Even 26-year-old Zagradi was wounded in the leg. He left the scene and sought help at the hospital.
On Monday evening, the owners of the hotel in Velipoja, the Frroku brothers, argued with the two victims and then fired the gun.
As a result of the shooting, 33-year-old Ersild Ishmi and 22-year-old Arsid Hoxha were injured and later died in the hospital.
But this event, according to the police, is suspected to have started in a conflict between the parties that happened at the end of June in the hotel owned by two brothers. Ersild Hoxha at that time threatened the chef of the hotel with a gun.
The conflict of nearly two months ago escalated into gunfire on Monday evening where two young men lost their lives.
