New details have emerged from the execution of 58-year-old Renato Hoxhaj in the city of Vlora this morning.
Police have provided security camera footage of the serious incident. Sources from the investigation team indicate that the perpetrator entered through a narrow path that is not often used by pedestrians. He was masked with a hat and scarf and shot the victim 3 times before leaving the area on foot.
