A car in Korça caught fire the day before in neighborhood number 9. In connection with this incident, the police have launched an investigation into a 10-year-old minor.
According to the police report, the minor threw a burning foam tampon from the balcony of his apartment, causing the vehicle to catch fire.
"The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings began:
For a 10-year-old, for the criminal offense of "Destruction of property by fire" by negligence, after playing from the balcony of his apartment, in neighborhood no. 9 Korça, he threw a burning foam pad, which fell on a vehicle, which as a result of the flames was completely burned", the police informed today.
The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korça, for further action.
