Denis Meçe, the suspected author of the murder of Egli Proga in Pogradec, has arrived at the Court of Korça.
The other 3 citizens arrested for not reporting a crime, namely Voltan Shulku, Arian Manellari, Leonidha Guçe, have also arrived at the court premises.
The crime happened on Saturday afternoon in district No. 1 of the city of Pogradec, where Egli Progna was barbarically raped by Meçe, while he died as a result of his injuries.
The victim's family members are also present outside the building, among them the sister of Egli Proga, who wanted to see the suspected perpetrator of the crime and the other arrested persons.
The victim's family claimed that the police hid the murder of the 42-year-old, stating that Elgi Proga had died after falling on the road in a drunken state. They have also stated that not only one person was involved in his murder, but accuse them of a crime that happened in collaboration.
