The court of Korça has left Spartak Çela in prison, arrested by the police a few days ago, after 4 years of searching.

He was arrested on August 11 and is accused that on August 20, 2020, for weak motives, he shot the citizen with the initials A. Sh. The incident took place in a bar in Velçan, Mokre, where he fired a Kalashnikov at several people. Also, a few months ago Spartak Çela threatened the employees of the economic aid task force.
The police arrested him in the village of Velçan in Pogradec, after the police were informed that the wanted man returned to his apartment.
