As a result of a several-week investigation, the coded police operation "First step" is finalized. 2000 cannabis seeds are seized. The owner of the seeds, who intended to sell them for the purpose of cultivation, is caught red-handed and imprisoned.
As a result of a proactive investigation, followed for several weeks, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office of Shkodra, following information from the police intelligence, for cracking down on a case of possession of cannabis seeds that would be sold for the purpose of cultivation, the services of the Police Station Vau i Deja finalized the coded police operation "First step".
During the operation, citizen T. (T.) M., 47 years old, resident of Gjirokastër, was caught red-handed and put in handcuffs.
From the physical control, the police services found this citizen, 2000 cannabis seeds, which he intended to sell for the purpose of cultivation.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
