Spanish justice has responded to the Special Court in Tirana regarding several requests to charge the process against citizens Arjan Ndoci and Julian Deblini, arrested for the trafficking of almost one ton of cocaine from Colombia to EU countries.
With two people suspected of laundering money, but being judged in absentia and represented by lawyers, Judge Erion Bani asked the Spanish for documents proving the investigation and punishment of the two Albanians.
These documents were announced at the session that they have arrived and under these conditions the court gave two weeks to the experts to translate them. Ndoci and Deblini were an old case of serious crimes that was opened after the seizure of a ton of cocaine trafficked in Europe. In Albania, the investigations revealed apartments, quotas in the field of construction and vehicles with a value of almost 5 million euros.
The charges that are based on an asset investigation have been brought up in an investigation by SPAK which declares to the court that these assets stem from illegal activity. In Albania, the issue of assets to Ndoc, who has several identities, and Julian Deblin was referred by OFL./ Top Channel.
