An unprecedented case happened two days ago in the Durra hospital, where three people beat a 32-year-old man, who was being guarded by the police.
Around 21.00 in the emergency room of the Durrës Regional Hospital, three people violently opposed the police and barbarically beat the young man.
According to the information, the father, uncle and another raped the girl's boyfriend.
The police of Durres arrested the father KK 41 years old, uncle EK 37 years old and another person BK 37 years old, all three born in Dibër, but living in neighborhood 13 Plazh Durrës, at 2:30 in the morning, one day after the incident.
The victim stated to the police that he has been in a romantic relationship for a year with the daughter of the family that raped him, he asked to make the relationship family, but was opposed by the family.
He stated that he was in the Durrës hospital at the time he was raped after he was stopped by the police for drinking alcohol and was in a bad state of health.
According to the testimony, he received threatening messages from the girl's father that he would kill them both.
"I think the reason they hit me was because the KK citizen threatened me not to be seen in Durrës anymore. In one case, in a telephone conversation, the KK citizen told me to go get the girl and disappear with her and not to see her again in Albania, because otherwise he threatened me that he would kill me and his daughter". said the young man in his testimony to the police.
The criminal offenses of "opposition to law enforcement officers", "intentional slight injury" and "disturbance of public order and peace" are aggravated against the three persons.
