Denis Buzali had given the money to Lorin Xhelilaj about 8 months ago, income from his and his family's businesses with the promise of a passport and shares, as he had the intention to expand the business abroad.
From time to time he asked Xhelilaj about the passport and shares in Turkey, but the 38-year-old excused himself by saying "give me some time, we will do it soon".
In the last weeks, Buzali began to suspect that it might be a fraud and asked Xhelilaj to return the money, while the latter told him that he would return it because he could not do with the passport and the shares.
However, at the moment he did not have the money, as according to him he had invested it and would give it to Buzal at a second moment.
In such conditions, Denis Buzali went to the police to report the case. Krimk Ekonomik, after the investigation, organized the operation and Lorin Xhelilaj was found with only half of the money he had received from Buzali.
