A member of Laert Haxhiu's group has been extradited from London to our country.
The extradited citizen is Lorenc Lala, alias Kristian Lala, Ilir Lamberti, 49 years old, born in Lushnje.
Citizen Lorenc Lala has been declared internationally wanted after the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Elbasan, with decision No. 691 dated 01.10.2023, has assigned the security measure "Arrest with imprisonment" to this citizen, for the criminal offense "Murder for blood feud", "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder" committed in the special form of cooperation, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization".
This citizen is suspected of having collaborated with citizens Laert Haxhia, Artan Tafani, Lulzim Spahija, Enriko Xhahysa and Bledar Berberi, to commit the murder of citizen Albi Bashaliu, which occurred on 27.12.2021 in Gjocaj/Peqin.
Lala provided the means of committing the crime (weapons), as well as provided the criminal group's means of transportation and their removal from the scene.
