The prosecution says that at the moment when Hysen Meta left the car in the village of Sektor Rinia, a black "Audi" type car appeared on the security cameras a few minutes later. These facts were discovered after Hysen Meta himself reported his father's disappearance to the police.
" It is established by a camera located in the area of the village of Sektor Rinia that after passing the two vehicles mentioned above, the Citroen vehicle is not detected returning, but after about 6 minutes the Audi vehicle is observed at 04:34 turning and moving in the direction of Sektor Rinia - Shënvalash ", the file says.
Having reasonable suspicions, the police discovered that the family members had actually carried out actions for the disappearance of the victim and then claimed that he had left the apartment.
For this reason, the whole family, i.e. the mother, the two brothers and the sister, were taken to the Police and confronted with the evidence. As it has been announced, Hygerta was the one who initially admitted the guilt. At this moment, the young woman stated that she had killed her father and buried him in the hut near the apartment.
Then she had sent the vehicle to the Youth Sector and had thrown the weapon in a marshy area near the seashore. These claims were initially confirmed by other family members, who stated that they only learned about Pëllumb Meta's murder on the afternoon of February 22. Taking these data into account, Hygerta Meta was sent to the place where it was declared that the corpse was located.
" Exactly in the area indicated by the declarant Hygerta Meta, which was located in the yard of the apartment at a distance of about 20 meters from the corner of the apartment on the south side, there was the cattle shed, where the digging began and after reaching a depth of 110 centimeters, it was noticed that in this open pit was the corpse of a citizen wrapped first in a black plastic, and then in a sheet. The corpse was taken out and it was established that it was a human corpse, identified as Pellumb Meta, a corpse which had started to decompose. Due to its condition, the body was not opened, but was sent to the morgue of the Durrës Regional Hospital. The above-mentioned investigative action was accompanied by the report of the inspection, where no other material or biological evidence related to the incident was found from the inspection of the premises of the hut ", the file states.
From the verification of the corpse, the prosecutor's office says that 3 penetrating gunshot wounds were observed, where one of them was in the part of the head below the ear and two in the part of the chest and abdomen.
Again, Hygerta Meta has continued to stand by her version that she committed the crime with her father's gun without permission and the motive was the problems he created for her from time to time and the fact that recently he wanted to betroth her to an unknown person for to.
"She did not accept the engagement as she was in school and wanted to finish school, but her father had put her under pressure and wanted to get his word out," the 19-year-old is said to have said according to the file.
This statement was also supported by Hysen, Amarildo and Blerina Meta. And so, the authorities have inspected the apartment as well as the premises around the yard to confirm their statements. Më pas vëllai ka dalë nga banesa duke e lënë kufomën aty, e ajo ka vijuar më pas me sistemimin e kufomës duke e lidhur atë me lidhëse në këmbë e në duar, duke e fashuar e vendosur dhe në një çarçaf te zi. Ka gjetur katër gëzhojat dhe i ka lënë sipër tavolinës në cep. E ka mbështjellë kufomën me plastmas të zi dhe e ka lënë në divan, ku gjate mbështjelljes ka harruar në trupin e viktimës dhe një palë gërshërë. Faktin e vrasjes e ka mësuar dhe e ëma dhe i vëllai i vogël pasi kanë ardhur në banesë, ku e ëma ka ngelur e tronditur nga ajo që kishin bërë. Në mbrëmje dy vëllezërit janë marrë me hapjen e gropës dhe fshehjen e kufomës, si dhe më pas dhe më armën dhe gëzhojat. Po ashtu dy vëllezërit kanë larguar dhe makinën nga banesa. Të nesërmen ajo ka parë që tek kasollja ishte lëvizur dheu dhe ka mësuar se aty ishte varrosur kufoma. Vendit përsipër i ka hedhur disa pllaka betoni dhe kashtë që të mos dukej vendi i gërmuar nëse vinte për kontroll policia. Pas dy ditësh i vëllai ka bërë denoncim në polici për humbjen e babait. Kanë biseduar me njeri tjetrin që nëse do të zbuloheshin nga policia ajo do të merrte përsipër fajësinë e autorësinë e ngjarjes. E ëma pas kësaj ka pastruar dhomën si dhe divanin mbi të cilin ishte shtrirë Pëllumbi kur u qëllua dhe e kanë ngjitur ne katin e dytë”, thuhet në dosje.
Vrasjen e pranon më vonë edhe Hysen Meta, i cili thotë se me të atin kishte konflikte pasi e fyente gjithmonë për shkak se edhe për momentin ishte pa punë, por gjithashtu fyente edhe të ëmën dhe motrën. Pasi është kryer vrasja, Hyseni e ka fshehur pistoletën në zonën e vaskave të Kënetës përballë banesës së tyre. Aty autoritetet e kanë gjetur ku e kanë marrë dhe pritet të bëhet ekspertimi biologjik, daktiloskopik dhe tekniko-balistik.
Ndërkohë Amarildo Meta, djali i vogël, pranon fshehjen e kufomës së të atit dhe largimin e makinës së tij.
