Convicts Anterio Kaloshi and Aldo have entered the special '41 biss' regime as they are suspected of having ties with people who belong to the underworld outside of prison.

The two prisoners are suspected of having communications and connections with criminals outside the prison, and for this reason, yesterday evening at two in the morning, they were locked up in 41 biss.

The convicts were put in the strict regime where they will be monitored and subject to the restrictions of 41 biss 24 hours a day, by order of the General Directorate and the approval of the Ministry of Justice. Approval has also been obtained from SPAK.

Anterio Kaloshi is accused of the massacre that took place in Lushnja in 2017, together with Laert Haxhiu, where Zamir Latifi and Jurgen Hoxha were executed with guns, and Marius Xhepexhiu was injured. He also hid and sheltered Orges Bilbili, arrested in April 2020, also one of the perpetrators of the Lushnja massacre.

Aldo Hoxha is accused of murdering Fatbardha Tafa with a knife, during the fight to steal the gold pendant from her neck. In the event recorded on August 7, 2012 near the Aviation Field in Tirana, during the fight with the robber, Tafa received a fatal knife wound and her sister-in-law was injured.
