The next hearing in the "Golden Bullet" case was held today at the GJKKO, where Justice Associate Nuredin Dumani is answering questions from the defendants' lawyers, confronting them, and providing explanations for details and circumstances.
The hearing at the Criminal Court for the miscarriage of justice marks another clash with the defendants in the courtroom. While Nuredin Dumani confessed to knowing the killer Henrik Hoxhaj through Festim Qoli, he expressed that he was happy about the murder of Commissioner Dritan Lamaj, because he had avenged him.
The testimony angered Enver Diva, who said he recorded Nuredin promising revenge against Talo Çela's friends and meeting with judges and MPs.
"I have my own proof that this would put all of Talos' friends in prison. I have it recorded with facts and evidence that judges and deputies have come to meet Nuredin Dumani. There are 120 minutes of recording," said Diva.
