The only purpose was for Tina Pajollari to hide the authorship of the crime from the defendants, Valter Mollaj and his cousin Edlir Mollaj, bringing mitigating circumstances that would later serve for the release from prison of two people, who were arrested by the police.
And for this, several people in the village were engaged, such as Taulant Zyko, and Tina Pajollari's own teacher, citizen Alit Xhezari, who is a colleague of the brother of the person arrested for the murder, Valter Mollaj.
But in the interceptions provided by "Ora News" it appears that the journalist Ana Allamani, who at that time worked for the TV show "Me sezë apār" was quite active in this direction for the manipulation of the testimony that Tina Pajollari had given to the police. .
It remains unclear why and what was the interest of the journalist Ana Allamani, to change the statements of Tina Pajollari, but what is certain in the telephone interceptions carried out by the Korca prosecutor's office, is the fact that she has a very important role in impact.
This is because, apart from the advice she gives to Tina Pajollari and her mother Miranda, not to go to the police when they were called by the investigating officers of the case, journalist Allamani promises mother and daughter that in exchange for changing their statements on the show " With an open heart" he would help them with food.
Even the courage of the journalist Ana Allamani goes even further, since during the telephone conversation with Miranda Pajollari, she insults the police officers who were following the investigation of this terrible murder with serious banal words.
In the investigation file, among other things, it is stated that:
"...the influence of the citizen Ana Allamani, for the denial of the statements given by Martina Pajollari, is first mentioned in the audio recording statement of Martina Pajollari given on June 22, 2022, which states that she told her: "...don't go to Korçë (in the Police), come to Tirana, I will do my best for you, you have to come to Tirana (to the show) for half an hour and then you won't have any trouble, nothing...", adding that the journalist's phone number was 0684137XXX . Journalist Allamani had also communicated with her mother, citizen Miranda Pajollari..." - it is said in the prosecutor's file.
Meanwhile, in a statement dated June 22, 2022, Martina's mother, Miranda Pajollari, asserted that:
"...regarding the journalist Ana Allamani, I want to add that yesterday afternoon, on June 21, 2022, a journalist called me and told me that her name is Ana and she told me not to come to the Police again, as you would take us by the neck and imprison us, like me and the girl.
She told us that if we agreed to go to Tirana, to her show, she would pay us the travel money and there to say that everything we have stated about the perpetrators of this murder, we have accepted out of fear and are not our statements. . I want to add that this woman also spoke with her daughter Martina and, like with me, she tried to convince us to go to Tirana and deny everything we declared to the police".
"... these data and the promise of food aid, also come from the results of the environmental and telephone interceptions..." - it is said in the investigative file.
Among several conversations intercepted by the Korça prosecutor's office, Miranda Pajollari and Ana Allamani, journalist of the show "With an open heart", it is underlined the fact that the journalist wants Martina Pajollari to appear on her TV show, to tell the truth, not to speak with other journalists, that she will make all the moves.
Even according to the journalist: "...the chick (Tina) is on the ropes...".
Next, when Miranda Pajollari tells Ana Allamani that she was suggested by the Korça Police not to talk to journalists, she insults the police officers with banal words.
While in the negotiations to change the testimony of Tina Pajollari, there is also Taulant Zyko, who talks on the phone with Miranda and Tina herself, guiding her to change the testimony.
