A 27-year-old man was arrested by the Tirana police after he sexually harassed a 19-year-old woman at work.
It is learned that the arrested Marash Gjoklaj, who was previously sentenced to 4 years in prison for sexual relations with minors, was released on bail by the court.
The incident of sexual harassment against the 19-year-old happened yesterday evening while the latter was at work. Also, yesterday, the arrested person is suspected of threatening a 20-year-old woman with a knife, on Dibra Street.
"Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Police Station No. 4, after the notification received that a business in the administrative unit No. 8, a citizen had sexually harassed a 19-year-old, immediately organized the work to identify and capture the perpetrator and bringing him to legal responsibility. Thanks to quick professional actions, it became possible to identify and arrest the suspected author, citizen M. Gj., 27 years old, resident in Tirana.

Also, the same day yesterday, the arrested person is suspected of threatening a 20-year-old woman with a knife, on Dibra Street.
From the verifications carried out, it was found that the arrested person was previously sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment, for violent sexual relations with adults, and is currently released on bail," the police announced .
