The Dibra Court has ordered mandatory hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital for young Itles Sula, who just a few days ago murdered his mother by stabbing her 7 times.
The 50-year-old woman was seriously injured and was transported to the Trauma Hospital for more specialized treatment on the day of the incident. Meanwhile, her son appeared in court today where he is accustomed to the security measure.
Reports after the incident stated that the young man had shown problems and signs of depression due to unemployment.

Regarding the criminal case No. 62 Act dated 04.08.2025 with the subject: “Validation as lawful of the arrest in flagrante delicto of the person under investigation HS”, accused of committing the criminal offense 'Intentional serious injury' provided for by article 88/2 of the Criminal Code.
The court at the conclusion of the examination, with Decision no. 62, dated 05.08.2025:
DECIDED:
1. Acceptance of the request.
2. Assessment as lawful the arrest in flagrante delicto of the person under investigation HS (son of B. and N., born xx.10.1999), suspected of committing the criminal offense of “Intentional serious injury” provided for in Article 88/2 of the Criminal Code.
3. Assignment of the personal security measure “Temporary hospitalization in a psychiatric hospital”, provided for in Article 239 of the Criminal Procedure Code, against the person under investigation HS, suspected of committing the criminal offense of “Intentional serious injury” provided for in Article 88/2 of the Criminal Code.
4. The Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Dibër is charged with the execution of this decision.
5. Court expenses as incurred.
6. An appeal against this decision is allowed at the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction, within 5 (five) days, starting from the day after its reasoned notification.
