The Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Shkodër has sentenced the 37-year-old man to 4 years and 8 months of imprisonment for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" ".

As part of the police operation coded "New start", carried out in 2016, in the apartments of citizens Kristian Lacuku (previously detained) and Franc Toma, the Police services found and seized about 12 kg of cannabis sativa narcotics, a weapon fire and combat ammunition.

The police operation "Rule of Law" continues. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
