Police have arrested two young men, David Simoni and Mikelian Toma, who were driving a motorcycle with stolen license plates in Tirana and a changed chassis number.
They were arrested by the Shkodra police after they failed to obey the order to stop. The driver of the motorcycle did not obey the order of the police officers, but continued to drive at high speed. The police services pursued him and stopped him in the village of Beltojë.
From the verifications carried out, it is suspected that the license plate of the motorcycle they were riding was stolen in Tirana and the chassis number had been changed.
Also, searches were conducted in the vehicles of 2 citizens, where a fuel canister, a silencer and a quantity of cocaine were found.

A can of fuel (gasoline), a silencer and a quantity of cocaine were found in the vehicles of the 2 arrested.
During patrols throughout the territory of the district, with the aim of guaranteeing public order and security, the General Patrol services of the Shkodra Police Commissariat have observed a motorcycle moving at high speed in the "Ndoc Mazi" neighborhood and have signaled it to stop.
The driver of the motorcycle did not obey the order of the police officers, but continued to move at high speed. The police services pursued him and stopped this motorcycle with the driver, citizen MT, 32 years old, resident of the village of Beltojë, and the passenger, citizen DS, 34 years old, resident of the village of Bërdicë.
From the verifications carried out, it is suspected that the license plate of the motorcycle they were driving was stolen in Tirana and the chassis number of the motorcycle had been changed. Also, checks were carried out on the vehicles of the 2 citizens, where a fuel canister, a silencer and a quantity of cocaine were found.
Following the procedural actions, 2 citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offenses of "Theft", "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer", and the following were seized as material evidence: 1 motorcycle, 2 vehicles, 1 fuel canister, 1 silencer and a quantity of cocaine , the police announced.
